As of January 2017, there's two versions of the mangOH Red hardware platform. Each version of the board is quite different and it's important to be aware of which version of the board you are working with.
Here's how to identify different versions of the mangOH Red just by looking at the board.
mangOH Red DV1
The DV1 board was released in very limited numbers around June 2016

Note:
There was a very limited number of mangOH Red DV1 boards produced. So unless you are a Sierra Wireless distributor (or are very good friends wth one), you are unlikely to ever come across one.
mangOH Red DV2
The DV2 board was released around November 2016 and a number were given away at the Sierra Wireless Developer Day in San Jose in December 2016
